Working Towards Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
At New Beings, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are at the core of what we do. Our programs and activities are designed to be the catalyst that help build long lasting change in the community and with our corporate partners.
Our aim is to create a safe space for individuals and organisations to learn, become empowered and be inspired to create a truly sustainable culture of positive EDI.

New Beings delivered a workshop for a Universities UK conference of university staff. They tailored the session to suit the experience of the attendees, and many mentioned this session as their highlight of the day. It was engaging and insightful, and the facilitators were extremely competent at making the delegates feel comfortable in contributing to the session. I would thoroughly recommend working with them.
I have worked alongside New Beings on a few occasions, most notably to facilitate discussions on race and the workplace, and the impact of race on education and recruitment. New Beings as an organisation are incredibly professional and thorough, facilitating often complex and difficult conversations with openness, fair challenge and a thoughtful process. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
Partnership Manager at The Forward Institute
At New Beings, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2015, we have been determined to make an impact. Our goal is to educate, empower and inspire change through equality, diversity and inclusion.
We have delivered workshops for organisations such as the Forward Institute, Aviva, the Ministry of Defence and Universities UK.
We discuss requirements with clients and produce custom workshops for the public, private and third sectors.
Our workshops are designed to be both interactive and reflective, by combining presentations with interactive exercises and facilitator led discussions.
We run facilitator led interactive workshops allowing participants to safely explore various aspects of intersectional social identity. Attendees are encouraged to delve into biases and collaboratively explore solutions that can be applied both to their own life and to their various organisations.
We discuss requirements with clients and produce custom workshops around areas including anti-racism, allyship, bias and privilege.
