About us

Since our founding in 2015, we have been determined to make an impact.

Our goal is to educate, empower and inspire change through equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI)

We have worked with clients in public, private and third sector organisations including Aviva, the Forward Institute, the Ministry of Defence, Kudos and Universities UK.​

Our work is designed to be both interactive and reflective, by combining transformational self work with professionally trained facilitators.

How We Work


We run inclusive workshops that allow participants to safely explore various aspects of intersectional social identity, covering topics from unconscious bias to microaggressions. Our questions encourage attendees to delve into biases and their root causes, collaboratively exploring solutions that can be applied both to their own life and to their respective industries


Focus Groups 

Our focus groups are an additional fact finding component of the work we do. We conduct these with clients who wish to gain an in-depth picture of the employee experience


We are dedicated to getting to the root of your Diversity, Equity and Inclusion queries. We conduct specialised research at the client's request and produce reports with suitable recommendations and specific actions


With access to the right resources, our clients can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfil their potential. We operate in an advisory capacity for those looking to gain external expertise in a range of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion areas from policy and strategy review to addressing specific internal incidents.
