We have worked with clients in public, private and third sector organisations including Aviva, the Forward Institute, the Ministry of Defence, Kudos and Universities UK.
Our work is designed to be both interactive and reflective, by combining transformational self work with professionally trained facilitators.
How We Work
We run inclusive workshops that allow participants to safely explore various aspects of intersectional social identity, covering topics from unconscious bias to microaggressions. Our questions encourage attendees to delve into biases and their root causes, collaboratively exploring solutions that can be applied both to their own life and to their respective industries
